Our technical services are billed transparently and independently on a Project-Based SLA model. Furthermore, our systems fully support one-click OTA (Over-The-Air) remote firmware updates. This allows us to wirelessly flash and calibrate communication protocols either remotely or directly at your overseas site, completely eliminating the massive costs and logistical risks of cross-border freight returns
