All payments shall be made according to the payment schedule specified in the formal Sales Contract. Payments are considered processed only upon receipt of cleared funds in our designated bank account.

4. Intellectual Property：
All designs, technical algorithms, specifications, and proprietary documentation provided by PJTL New Energy Technology Co., Ltd remain our exclusive intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability：
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PJTL New Energy Technology Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project under dispute.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zone C, Lenovo Tianfu Cloud City, No.1 Zhongjian Avenue, Shigao Subdistrict, Meishan Tianfu New Area, Meishan City, Sichuan Province, P.R.China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled through binding arbitration in Sichuan Province, China.
